Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Price4Limo ("Operator," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information through Partybusrentalkansascity.com and its related forms, telephone numbers, and online features (the "Site").
The Site is a marketing, informational, quote-entry, and referral website. It helps users begin a request for group transportation through an online booking platform operated by the Operator. The Site is not a motor carrier, does not own or operate vehicles, and does not provide transportation. Transportation is performed by independent motor carriers.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through the Site, its quote and contact forms, cookies and similar technologies, and communications relating to the Site.
A separate privacy notice may apply after you interact directly with an independent transportation provider. This Privacy Policy continues to govern our own collection, use, retention, and disclosure of information, including through the booking platform we operate.
Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the following categories of information.
Information You Provide
- Contact information: such as your name, telephone number, email address, and other contact details.
- Trip and quote information: such as service dates and times, pickup and drop-off locations, planned stops, passenger count, vehicle preferences, event type, luggage needs, and other itinerary information.
- Communications: such as information you provide in form submissions, emails, telephone calls, text messages, or other communications.
- Preferences and special requests: such as requested amenities or accessibility needs that you choose to provide.
- Consent and privacy-choice records: such as the form disclosure shown to you, your communication preferences, cookie choices, opt-out requests, and the date and time of your actions.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, driver's-license numbers, medical records, or other information that is not reasonably necessary for your transportation request.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit or use the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect: Internet Protocol address; browser, operating-system, and device information; device or cookie identifiers; referring and exit pages; pages viewed and links or buttons selected; dates, times, and duration of Site interactions; form and page performance information; approximate location derived from an IP address; and information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.
Telephone Information
If you call a telephone number displayed on the Site, we may collect the calling number, date and time, call duration, routing information, and the information provided during the call. Where calls are monitored or recorded, we provide any legally required notice or obtain any legally required consent before recording.
Sources of Information
We may collect personal information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from our service providers and communications vendors; from the booking platform used to continue your request; from independent transportation providers involved in responding to a request; and from advertising, analytics, and referral sources, where applicable.
The Site does not collect payment-card information for transportation payments. Any payment information entered during a later booking is governed by the privacy notice presented through the applicable booking or payment service.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to: receive and process a quote request; continue the request through our online booking platform; display or facilitate access to vehicle and pricing information; communicate about the request; provide support relating to use of the Site; operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site; measure Site traffic, engagement, and performance; detect fraud, abuse, security incidents, or technical problems; maintain consent, suppression, and compliance records; honor privacy and communication choices; comply with law and respond to lawful requests; protect our rights, users, systems, and business; and support a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets.
Where permitted by law and consistent with your privacy choices, we may also use Site and device information to measure, personalize, or improve advertising.
How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients.
Our Booking Platform and Affiliated Businesses
When you submit a quote request, the information is used within our business, including the online booking platform we operate (known to consumers as Price4Limo), so the request can continue and vehicle and pricing information can be displayed.
Independent Transportation Providers
Contact and trip information may be disclosed to participating independent transportation providers when reasonably necessary to respond to, price, arrange, or perform the requested transportation. Independent transportation providers may process information under their own privacy notices. This Privacy Policy continues to govern our own information practices.
Service Providers and Contractors
We may disclose information to companies that help us operate the Site and business, such as website hosting and infrastructure providers; form, database, and customer-relationship-management providers; telephone, text, and email communications providers; analytics and performance providers; security, fraud-prevention, and abuse-prevention providers; consent-management and privacy-request providers; and professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, and consultants.
Advertising and Measurement Partners
Where applicable and subject to your choices, we may disclose cookie, device, Internet-activity, and approximate-location information to advertising and measurement partners.
Legal and Business Purposes
We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process; to investigate fraud, misuse, security threats, or unlawful conduct; to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights; to protect users, the public, or our systems; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
At Your Direction
We may disclose information when you request or direct us to do so, including when you submit a transportation request for the purpose of receiving pricing or booking-related information.
Calls, Text Messages, and Emails
When you submit a quote request, you are asking to receive communications concerning that request.
The disclosure displayed next to the form identifies the business that may call, text, or email you and explains the communication methods that may be used. Any consent legally required for automated or prerecorded marketing communications is requested separately at the point of submission. This Privacy Policy is not itself a telephone or text-message consent agreement.
You may reply STOP to an applicable text message to request that texts stop. You may use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to request that marketing emails stop. You may also contact us using the methods listed below. We may retain a limited suppression record after an opt-out so that we can honor the request.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies for different purposes.
Strictly necessary technologies help deliver the Site, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, operate quote-request features, maintain sessions, and remember privacy choices. The Site may not function correctly without them.
Functional technologies support optional features, such as embedded maps, enhanced Site functions, or saved preferences.
Analytics technologies help us understand Site traffic, interactions, errors, and performance.
Advertising and measurement technologies may be used to measure advertising, understand referrals, limit repeated advertising, or support interest-based advertising.
You can manage available cookie categories through the Your Privacy Choices panel, which you can reopen from the footer at any time. We apply your choices to the technologies covered by the panel.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a traditional "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no universally accepted standard for interpreting traditional Do Not Track signals, the Site does not respond to them in a standardized manner.
Where applicable law requires it, we treat qualifying opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which the signal is received.
Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. When you submit a quote request, your information is used within our own business, including the booking platform we operate, at your direction and for the purpose of responding to your request; we do not treat this as a sale of your information.
If optional advertising or measurement technologies are enabled on the Site, certain disclosures to advertising partners could constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as some state laws define those terms. You can opt out of any such disclosures at any time through the Your Privacy Choices panel, the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or the contact methods below.
We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16 years old.
Information Practices During the Preceding 12 Months
Since the Site launched, and in any event during the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information, depending on your interactions with the Site:
- Identifiers: such as name, email address, telephone number, IP address, cookie identifiers, and device identifiers.
- Customer-record and commercial information: such as quote requests, trip details, vehicle preferences, and information about services considered.
- Internet or network activity: such as browser information, pages viewed, referring pages, clicks, Site interactions, and cookie data.
- Geolocation information: such as approximate location derived from an IP address and trip locations you enter.
- Audio and communications information: such as emails, texts, and telephone-call information.
- Sensitive personal information you voluntarily provide: such as precise trip locations or accessibility needs included in a request.
We collect these categories directly from users, automatically from devices, and from the sources described above, and use them for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may have disclosed these categories to service providers and contractors for business purposes, including Site operation, communications, analytics, security, quote processing, consent management, and legal compliance.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about users or for purposes unrelated to processing requests, providing requested services, security, legal compliance, or other legally permitted purposes.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Quote and contact records are retained as long as needed to process and document the request, respond to communications, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal and operational recordkeeping needs. Consent and communication records are retained as long as reasonably necessary to document consent, opt-outs, and compliance. Technical and security records are retained for periods reasonably necessary to operate the Site, investigate incidents, and prevent abuse. Cookie and analytics information is retained according to the applicable tool settings and privacy choices.
We may retain information longer when reasonably necessary for litigation, regulatory inquiries, fraud prevention, legal holds, or enforcement of agreements. We may also retain deidentified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years old.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law applies to us, you may have the right to: request access to or knowledge of personal information we maintain; request correction of inaccurate personal information; request deletion of personal information; receive a portable copy of certain information; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; appeal a decision concerning a privacy request; and exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination or retaliation.
You may submit a privacy request by telephone at 816-897-3750.
We may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you are the person associated with the request, and will not require more information than reasonably necessary for verification. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may ask you to confirm your identity or the agent's authority directly. If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, our response will explain how to submit an appeal.
Third-Party Websites
The Site may link or direct you to a transportation provider, map, airport, venue, payment service, or other website. A third-party website's privacy practices are governed by its own privacy notice. We encourage you to review the applicable notice before providing information through that website.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technologies, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice before a material change takes effect. We will not use previously collected personal information for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or obtaining any consent required by applicable law.
